Prevention of Induced Diarrhea - Rat, Mouse

Evaluate the effects of test compounds against castor-oil-induced diarrhea in the rat or prostaglandin, carbachol or serotonin-induced diarrhea in the mouse. Test compound administered and followed by diarrhea producing agent. Inhibition of diarrhea indicates potential use as antidiarrheal agent.
