Dr Gary Grover, PSL Director of Pharmacology and Dr Henry Jacoby, Senior Technical Advisor, manage PSL’s pharmaceutical test services. Each had managed drug development and evaluation and in-vivo/vitro pharmacology at Big Pharma companies (Johnson & Johnson, Merck and Bristol-Myers Squibb) for over 20 years. Each has also published numerous peer- reviewed articles and book chapters.

Dr Grover is an associate professor at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. His main areas of experience and many of his publications are in cardiovascular drug and device research and with metabolic diseases (diabetes, obesity, metabolic syndrome). Dr Jacoby is a recognized expert in GI pharmacology. Both have submitted numerous INDs to the FDA.

Either can provide expert regulatory assistance, especially to smaller biotech and drug discovery organizations, in strategic planning, preparation of SBIR grants and IND submissions and selection of studies to meet overall client needs. PSL can also prepare manuscripts for journal submission.
