Pharmacokinetics

Under the supervision of Dr Gary Grover, PSL Director of Pharmacology, PSL conducts numerous pharmacokinetic and bioanalytical studies on various pharmaceutical molecules. Studies usually conducted on rodents, but ferrets, dogs, swine, rabbits and primates are used when requested. Studies are usually non-GLP, but GLP can be provided if needed.

PSL can conduct the bioanalysis of the samples, using chromatography, GC/MS and LC/MS/MS, or return the samples to you for analysis. GLP analysis, method development and validation services are available upon request (See Bioanalytical, instrumentation).

We are aware that often an entire project can await the results of PK studies and we always try to get results to the client quickly.

Can we be of service?
